Welcome to the Team, Eric and Alec!

Eric Fletcher and Alec Berger

BSE Structural Engineers is excited to welcome Eric Fletcher and Alec Berger to our team.

Eric Fletcher joins BSE as a structural engineer. Eric graduated from Kansas State University in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis. Eric has 5 years of experience in light industrial, federal, and a variety of other building projects. He relocated to Kansas City from Tacoma, Washington where he worked for a civil and structural engineering firm. Eric is originally from Topeka, Kansas, so he was glad to move to the Kansas City area to be closer to family. Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, traveling, investing, and reading.

Alec Berger joins BSE as a design technician.  Alec completed a Computer Aided Drafting and Design (C.A.D.D.) Certificate from Metropolitan Community College in December 2020. Alec previously worked with schools and non-profit organizations before deciding to make a career change to drafting and design. Alec moved to Kansas City three years ago from Lafayette, Indiana. When not working, Alec enjoys camping, hiking and other outdoor activities.
