Structural analysis, design and detailing of several multi-tenant condominium buildings. These two and three-story structures were constructed of wood truss roofs and floors with wood framed walls and concrete foundations. Condos consisted of various sizes and shapes of exterior wood decks. Several types of floor plans were included in this complex of buildings.
