Structural engineering analysis, design and detailing of 612,000 SF, warehouse structure with a 40′-0” building height.  Design of building included tilt-up concrete wall panels, steel framing, and concrete foundations. The 1093′ x 560′ structure presented many challenges structurally including the design of multiple building expansion joints due to the proportions of the building. The project was the largest speculative structure ever constructed in the Kansas City area.
