The Towers building is a three-story masonry building with a hollow core floor system. The Pavillions building is a two-story concrete structure. And the Manor is a three-story steel frame structure. Renovations included reinforcing large openings in existing load bearing walls, infilling existing floor openings and reinforcing structure for addition loads, multi-story exterior balcony additions, along with a porte-cochere structure.
Project also includes a new freestanding 15,000 SF, 20-unit Household. The design of the building included concrete foundations, cold-formed metal trusses and cold-formed metal stud load bearing walls.
