Fairfield Inn

Rawlins, Wyoming

Architect:  BRR Architecture

Structural engineering analysis, design and detailing for this 77 room 42,300 SF three-story hotel. The hotel included an indoor pool and entry porte-cochere. The main building was a wood framed structure with wood stud load bearing interior and exterior walls, wood framed floors and pre-engineered wood truss roof. Structural steel beams and columns provided support for large interior open spaces on the entry level. The foundation system for this structure was shallow foundations with a slab-on-grade entry level. BSE performed three dimensional modeling and all production detailing using Revit.
