Daniel Nagati promoted to Associate at BSE Structural Engineers
We are thrilled to announce our recent promotion to the BSE leadership team! Daniel Nagati, PE, has been promoted to Associate at BSE Structural Engineers. As part of BSE’s management team, Daniel provides leadership of the production staff, including mentoring, scheduling, and development of standards. His leadership skills are evident while working on large-scale projects in healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, warehouse, and industrial markets. Specific notable projects include, Wheatfield Village Apartments, Project Anchor – Costco, Metro Air Park 6, Treasure Valley Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center, Farpoint San Antonio Indoor Vertical Farm, and Leawood Village Mixed-Use, to name a few.
Daniel graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2010 with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and in July of 2012 with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Daniel enjoys cooking, skiing, and competing in trivia events when not working.

Casey Potter, PE, SE, promoted to Senior Structural Engineer
Congratulations to Casey Potter on her promotion to Senior Structural Engineer and for her hard work and dedication at BSE! We are proud to have her as part of our structural engineering team. Casey interned for two summers before joining the BSE team full-time upon graduation from Kansas State University in 2015. She provides excellent leadership and project management on some of BSE’s most notable markets, such as healthcare, mixed-use, recreation, restaurants, retail, warehouse and industrial, and specialty structural design projects. Casey tells us, “My favorite projects have included various Chicken N’ Pickle projects, Meierotto Jewelers, Manhattan Community Centers, and Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute Addition.”
We are thrilled to have her as another of BSE’s top-notch structural engineers.

Welcome to the team Ryan!
BSE Structural Engineers is excited to welcome Ryan Kubr to our team as a Structural Engineer. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Omaha, with a Master of Architectural Engineering, structural focus (2012) and a BS Architectural Engineering (2011), Ryan moved to Kansas City after graduating and has remained here ever since. Before joining BSE, Ryan’s experience included ten years in glass and glazing systems engineering, including curtain wall, storefront, panel systems, and glass rail and fin wall products, working with glazing contractors, manufacturers, and architects nationwide.
When not designing structural systems, Ryan enjoys spending his free time following auto racing, driving in local SportsCar Club of America (SCCA) autocross events, and traveling to national parks, racetracks, and other destinations for photography opportunities.
