BSE Structural Engineers Welcomes Two New Employees
BSE Structural Engineers is excited to announce the addition of two Design Technicians, Jesse Poore and Lee Stewart. They are both recent graduates from the University of Central Missouri (UCM) with a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Drafting and Design Technology.
Jesse Poore recently moved to Overland Park, Kansas from Warrensburg, MO . He emphasized in Architectural and Civil Drafting, while completing his Bachelor’s Degree at UCM. While attending college, Jesse designed a Dog Park for the city of Warrensburg by creating renderings in Revit. He also represented UCM by competing in the ASC Design Build Contest in the Fall of 2014. Even as a child, Jesse has always shown interest in the field of Design and Drafting. He enjoys all genres of music, as well as, skateboarding, drawing and cooking. He hopes to inspire his 11 year old sister to graduate college with honors and follow her dreams. Jesse states, “I am more than thrilled to be a member of the BSE family.”

Lee Stewart also recently moved to the Kansas City Area from Warrensburg, MO. Prior to attending UCM, Lee attended East Central College, a community college located in Union, MO. During his time there Lee designed a monumental statue that involved the school’s mascot for the courtyard he proposed in his Campus Landscape Design Proposal. He then transferred to UCM in the summer of 2012. While interning with Central Design Group, an Architectural company located in Columbia, MO, Lee participated in the design of a monument sign for a local Church. In his free time Lee enjoys riding motorcycles, woodworking, traveling and paintball.
